Publishing Policy:

At Global Research Connect Publication , we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and transparency in the publication process. Our publishing policy ensures that all books, manuscripts, and articles are handled professionally, maintaining quality, originality, and respect for intellectual property rights.

Review Policy

The peer review process for Global Research Connect Publication involves several key steps to ensure the quality and validity of submitted articles. Here's an overview:

  1. Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the Global Research Connect Publication submission system. They create an author account and follow the submission instructions, uploading their manuscript and any supplementary materials.
  2. Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial screening to check if the manuscript aligns with the journal's scope and basic submission requirements. Manuscripts that don't meet the criteria are rejected without further review.
  3. Peer Review: If the manuscript passes the initial screening, it undergoes a double-blind peer review, where both the authors' and reviewers' identities are concealed. The handling editor assigns the manuscript to at least two experts in the relevant field.
  4. Review Reports: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, methodology, and ethical standards. They provide detailed comments and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Decision Outcomes: Based on the reviewers' reports, the handling editor makes a decision. Possible outcomes include acceptance, rejection, or requests for minor or major revisions.
  6. Revision Stage: If revisions are requested, the author revises the manuscript and resubmits it. The handling editor reviews the revised version to ensure that the changes are adequate and that the author has addressed the reviewers' comments.
  7. Final Decision: The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on the handling editor's recommendation and the revised manuscript. If accepted, the manuscript is formatted and prepared for publication.
  8. Proofing and Publication: At the production stage, both authors and editors will be able to proofread the manuscript before it goes to online publication.
  9. Ethical Standards: In cases of suspected manipulation of the peer review, Nexus Publication is following the guidelines as provided by COPE. The peer review is conducted entirely on the online submission system so the peer review process would be transparent and accountable.
Editorial Review

Book submissions are initially reviewed by an Editor, who either sends them out for peer review or desk-rejects them. Our Editors ensure that the review process is impartial and maintains a high standard of quality. Editors sign contracts that describe their role of guiding the entire process, including performing a peer review and keeping confidentiality over submitted manuscripts.

Authorship and Contributions

Global Research Connect Publication operates under the presumption that the listed authors have granted their consent for the publication of the content and each of them specifically authorized its submission. It is also assumed that any institutional permission has been given before submission.

We recommend the following basic guidelines for authorship:

  • Substantial contributions to the acquisition of data, or to the analysis and interpretation of the work.
  • Being accountable for the whole work and its quality.
  • Critical review for important intellectual content, including drafting or revising the book.
  • Providing final approval for publication.
Publication Ethics

At Global Research Connect Publication, ensuring research quality is our top priority. We prohibit discrimination in editorial decisions and strive to work with a wide variety of editors and authors. All authors are required to declare any conflicts of interest, whether academic or financial, when participating in book publications. We will not tolerate any abuse, libel, or censorship of our work. For concerns regarding our editorial processes, you can contact us at grcpublication@gmail.com .

Author’s Warranty and Copyright Transfer

The corresponding author must sign an Author’s Warranty confirmation about the novelty of their work and that it has not been previously published anywhere else. This agreement also transfers your copyright to Global Research Connect Publication. When a paper has multiple authors, all of the author signatures are required unless the corresponding author is authorised to sign on behalf of the co-authors. Authors should disclose any conflict of interest to the publisher.

Archiving, Access, and Discoverability of Books

All authored books, edited volumes, textbooks, book chapters, theses, dissertations, monographs, and book reviews published in Global Research Connect Publication are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through CrossRef to ensure discoverability. All authors hold the copyright and can post their content on personal pages and open depositories. All Global Research Connect Publication are published under a gold open access and archived digitally by Open Monograph Press (OMP).

Conflicts of Interest/Competing Interests

There is a conflict of interest if personal interests affect professional responsibility, and this could compromise the credibility of research. At submission, editors, reviewers and authors must declare any conflicting interests. Competing interests may come from financial sources, employment, or non-financial. If any party identifies a potential conflict, they should report it as soon as possible to the Editor.

Plagiarism Policy
Global Research Connect Publication will judge any case of plagiarism on its limits. If plagiarism is detected by the editorial board member, reviewer, editor etc., in any stage of article process- before or after acceptance, during editing or at a page proof stage. We will alert the same to the author(s) and will ask them to rewrite the content or to cite the references from where the content has been taken. If more than 25% of the paper is plagiarized- the article may be rejected and the same is notified to the author.

Ethics topics to consider when publishing:
  • Authorship of the manuscript: Authorship should be confined to individuals who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, implementation, or analysis of the study. Transparency regarding authorship contributions, such as through a CRediT statement, is recommended.
  • Originality and plagiarism: Authors must ensure their work is completely original. If any content or ideas from other authors have been utilized, proper citation or quotation is mandatory.
  • Data accessibility and retention: Authors might be required to submit the raw data associated with their paper for editorial evaluation and should be ready to provide public access to such data if needed.
  • Multiple, redundant, or simultaneous publication: Authors should not submit the same research to multiple journals simultaneously. Note: Elsevier considers abstracts, theses, or preprints as exceptions to this rule. Specific journals or those with double-blind peer review may have different policies, which authors should consult.
  • Acknowledgement of sources: Proper credit must always be given to the original sources of any referenced work.
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest: Authors must disclose any relationships that could potentially be seen as a conflict of interest when submitting their work.
  • Correcting published errors: If an author identifies an error in their published work, they must immediately notify the editor or publisher and cooperate to rectify or retract the publication.
  • Reporting standards: Original research should be presented accurately, including a fair discussion of its importance and implications.
  • Human or animal subjects and hazards: Studies involving chemicals, equipment, or human or animal subjects must include compliance statements with safety regulations and ethical standards.
  • Patient confidentiality: Studies involving patients or volunteers must have obtained approval from an ethics committee and documented informed consent, which should be referenced in the paper.
General Instructions

Submissions of papers, books, or magazines should be made with the understanding that the work is unpublished (except in the case of abstracts or theses) and is not currently under consideration elsewhere. The corresponding author is accountable for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the publication. It is also the authors' responsibility to verify that submissions from an institution have the necessary approvals. Electronic submission of manuscripts is highly encouraged, provided the text, tables, and figures are compiled into a single Microsoft Word file. Any further correspondence and proof review will be sent to the corresponding author unless otherwise indicated. The submission implies that the authors agree to potential editing for clarity. Changes to authorship will not be allowed after proof review. For publication inquiries, contact the editor via email.
